My name is Bill Harloff and I am the Founder and CEO BH Coaching LLC. As mentioned, I started out nearly 40 years ago working in construction. Over the years, I faced mounting bills and found it especially increasingly difficult to get ahead. I lost income when the weather prevented me from working and then the unthinkable – a career ending back injury. It was then that I knew I had to change my life. I chose real estate investing because of the opportunity to earn more money in one transaction then I could earn in six months working in construction.

I attended numerous seminars, purchased a number of expensive courses that cost well over $10,000, read books, and researched how others changed their lives by buying and selling homes. Unfortunately, each of these courses lacked a piece of the puzzle. Valuable information was omitted, either intentionally or because the author assumed I knew the answers. It was not until I purchased and sold several homes that I realized just how much was missing. It was then that I decided to develop my own Complete Short Sale Process and teach thousands of others how to become successful as real estate short sale investor.

Over the years, my Complete Short Sale Process was so successful that it has helped literally thousands of people just like you. And I have the testimonials to prove it.
